If you need to step away from gaming, our self-exclusion option allows you to do just that. Here’s how it works:

How to Request Self-Exclusion

  1. Go to Your Profile: Visit your profile settings.

  2. Self-Exclusion Button:

    • If you’re not suspended, you’ll see a button labeled “Request Self-Exclusion.”

    • If you are suspended, you’ll see a timer showing how much longer you’ll be on break.

What Happens When You Self-Exclude

  • Suspended State: Once you request self-exclusion, you will be in a “suspended” state for 24 hours.

  • During Suspension:

    • No Betting: You won’t be able to place any bets.

    • No Deposits: You cannot add funds to your account.

    • No Chat: Chat features will be disabled.

You will receive an email confirming your request.

After 24 Hours: Next Steps

After the initial 24-hour period, we will send you a follow-up email. You can choose to extend your self-exclusion. If you do, it will act as a ban.

What Happens If You Ban Yourself

If you choose to extend your exclusion to a ban:

  • You will be banned for self-exclusion.

  • All your active sessions will be cleared.

  • Any login attempts will be rejected.

  • You will be unsubscribed from marketing emails.

Important Notes

Before confirming your extension, please remember:

  • You’ll Lose Access: You will not be able to log into your account.

  • Withdraw Your Funds: Make sure to withdraw any remaining funds before proceeding with the ban.

Taking a break can be a helpful choice, and we’re here to support you. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
